Some items are extremely important for trekking, like – a GPS, Map & compass. When I mention map, I mean the topographical maps. Also makes sure you are familiar with these tools.

It’s difficult to predict certain situations, hence it’s better if you take the necessary to prepared for the worst.

Blister Proof your Feet (DIY)

Love your feet or not, getting blisters is very normal when trekking. Hence it’s very necessary to take steps to blister proof your feet. This first thing you can do to prevent is blisters is by making sure that your foot fits properly.

Carry Extra Food

Food is quite crucial. So whenever you step out for a hiking, make sure you carry extra food.
