Structural Inclusions
Our structural inclusions are made up of all the external and structural inclusions that you may expect when purchasing a complete home. This includes standard excavation, a house setout survey, all service connections (water, gas, electricity and phone provision), temporary fencing for a while construction takes place, roof rail protection system, and termite protection among other forms of temporary inclusions that ensure that the builders can do their jobs properly.
Your home will include termite treated frames, concrete piering, concrete slabbing, and all the necessary certificates to ensure your home is compliant with local building regulations.
Electrical Inclusions
We want your home to be completely safe when it comes to electrical house inclusions. While the exact number of plug points, safety switches, and light fittings are design specific, you can rest assured that you will be set up with the necessary indoor and outdoor light fittings and power points that you’ll need for maximum convenience and efficiency in your new home.
Bedroom Inclusions
On top of the standard light fittings and power points, the bedrooms that we provide at Kurmond Complete have shelves and hanging rails for a premium, sleek storage solution.
Kitchen Inclusions
In the kitchen, there are a generous amount of power points, and light fittings, as well as gorgeous stone kitchen benches, kitchen cabinets that have laminate flush doors and designer handles, a provision for a dishwasher, a gas cooktop with specialised extractor fan, ceramic splashback, and a stainless steel kitchen sink. All you need to do is bring in your other appliances, and you are good to go!
Bathroom Inclusions
When it comes to our bathrooms, there are basically two options, one with a shower, and one without a shower. Either way, you’ll have a bayonet light fitting, a toilet suite, ceramic tiles, a polished edge mirror, chrome floor waste, chrome mixer taps, vanity basin, and more. Basically your bathroom will be fully ready for you to use as you move in. Just bring your towels and favourite soap!
